Roadmap

Here is the research roadmap finalized in September 2023!

Through workshops, conversations with community members, podcast interviews, and literature review, we have gathered a good deal of information, which we have synthesized into a set of ten recommendations meant to advise NSF leadership as they determine funding for programs that will help our world prepare to take on the next pandemic. This work represents input from a multidisciplinary assemblage of international researchers.

We hope the recommendations offered in this Research Roadmap can act as an effective tool for NSF leadership and invite everyone to provide any thoughts on the recommendations or any general lessons learned that you'd like to share in the forum below!
